One page per problem. Each quotes the exact message the app shows.

tondi reports a small number of problems, and each one has a page. If yours isn't here, or the fix didn't work, email support@tondi.app — say what you dropped in and what the app said, and it gets answered by the person who wrote it.

• The speech model won't download — tondi downloads a 460 MB speech model once, on first run.
• The video won't open, or no speech is found — tondi says it couldn't read the video, that it has no audio track, or that no speech was detected.
• Fewer clips than expected — Got 3 clips when you asked for more? That's the Free plan's limit.
• tondi says Free but I paid — Paid for Pro but tondi shows Free? Usually a different email, seven days offline, or a dismissed Keychain prompt.
